Market Street Pump Station

Commuters are advised to schedule more time to enter the Cold Spring train station parking lot after construction begins Monday, April 2, to replace the nearby village pump station.

During the demolition and reconstruction of the pump station, traffic may be stopped or slowed as it passes the site to enter the train station lot. The project is expected to continue at least through April 27 and could stretch into May, according to the village. Crews will typically be at work from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A Very Important Message For Meter Parkers

Effective December 4, 2017 PassportParking® replaced Parkmobile as the new service provider for “pay by phone”.

Just like with Parkmobile, PassportParking® will allow you to make parking payments from your mobile device, manage your parking sessions & extend your parking time. If you haven’t done so yet, please take the time to download the PassportParking® mobile app from the Google Play or Apple App stores.

A $.25 convenience fee will continue to be applied to all mobile transactions. You may still able to pay for parking at the Parking Pay Stations using cash or credit.

** Parking zone numbers have changed*** Please look the PassportParking® signs at your station for new zone information. In addition new zone number(s) can be found at the LAZ Parking web site at (then go to station page to find the zone number for that station).
